Zweck
The aim of the procurement is to establish a framework agreement that covers the Norwegian Armed Forces ́ continuous need for network studies in study preparation disciplines. The service shall support the execution of education alongside the initial service and ensure a predictable and administratively efficient call-off model with uniform quality, reporting and terms in the contract period. Verfahren
This procurement will be made in accordance with the Act from 17 June 2016 no. 73 on public procurements (the Public Procurement Act - LOA) and the regulations 12 August 2016 no. 974 on public procurements (procurement regulations - FOA) parts I and IV.
