Zweck

Drammen Eiendom KF would like to enter into 5 parallel framework agreements for project management and builder support Project Manager/builder support shall assist the builder Drammen Eiendom KF with implementing relevant projects this spring. The projects will be investment and maintenance projects, which shall be followed in all project phases, from start-up to completion and guarantee follow-up. The execution of construction projects is primarily subject to development or alternatively environmental and maintenance activities.

Verfahren

The project portfolio is varied and consists of both large and small projects, new buildings or renovation assignments of varying extent. The number and extent will depend on the approved investment budgets. Development assignments that are not related to a specific construction project can be relevant. The same competence requirements that apply to construction projects will be necessary and sufficient for this type of assignment. This can be, for example, project coordination or project development, where there is overall responsibility for several projects or special projects within construction.
