The contracting authority shall ensure suitable office space and equipment for on-site assistance. It is the tenderer ́s responsibility to provide suitable equipment and local assistance for remote assistance. The consultancy services shall mainly be provided during normal working hours, but there will be an exception for assistance in the evening or night/weekend/holiday. In the event of call-offs the Customer shall choose whether the assignment is assistance (assignments and results are managed by the Customer) or assignments (assignments and results are controlled by the Tenderer), and included either by SSA-B or SSAO.
