Zweck

FIK, hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to a restricted tender contest for the establishment of a dynamic purchasing system for the procurement of vehicles under 7.5t with associated services. Further details will be given in point 1.3 in the tender documentation. FIK is a joint purchasing office for Vestby municipality, Frogn municipality, Ås municipality and Nesodden municipality. The scheme is initially limited to 09.08.2032, unless the contracting authority sees it as appropriate to terminate the scheme before this point in time.

Verfahren

In the coming years the contracting authority needs future orientated vehicles under 7.5h. The contracting authority would like an agreement that shall cover the need for vehicles, as well as safeguard guidelines for reducing environmental impact. In order to meet the needs of the future in a satisfactory manner, the contracting authority shall enter into a dynamic procurement scheme for safeguarding competition for vehicles under 7.5t. This applies to the procurement and leasing of vehicles for i.a. the sectors home nursing, property, engineering, school, institution and nursery school.

A dynamic purchasing system is regulated in the Act and regulations on public procurements.
