County road 835 Mortenstrand - Bogen - framework agreement

Actual work can affect, among other things, roads, exits and junctions, side terrain, culverts, sub-drains and drainage ditches as well as railings and other safety measures. The work will be carried out through the framework agreement, where concrete measures are ordered continuously by call-offs. The work ́s concrete nature, extent, localisation, progress, deadlines and other assignment specific conditions are to be determined in each call-off. Call-offs will be made as relevant improvement measures are clarified and prepared for execution. The duration of the framework agreement is from when it is signed until 31.12.2027, with an option for an extension for a further 1+1 year. The framework agreement ́s estimated value for the fixed contract period up until 31.12.2027 is NOK 60 million excluding VAT. The estimated annual value for the subsequent option years is NOK 30 - 50 million, excluding VAT. The maximum value of the framework agreement for the entire contract period, including options, is NOK 200 million. Excluding VAT. The assignments under the framework agreement will vary in scope and include improvement work of various nature that is not already included in operational contracts or other maintenance contracts.
