Consultant engineer for Salangen kommune 2026-2029

A framework agreement shall be signed for consulting engineer services for Salangen municipality in the period 2026 - 2029 with one tenderer. A framework agreement shall be signed for the following disciplines: - Architect (ARK) - Engineering Design Group Manager (PGL) - Consultant engineer for construction (RIB) - Consultant engineer electro (RIE) - Consultant engineer for water, sewage and surface water (RIVA) - Consultant engineer for roads and installations (RIA) - Consultant engineer for ventilation, heating and sanitation installations (RIV). Consultancy and engineering design services for major projects or projects where there will be a need for special capacity/competence/experience can be announced separately. The contracting authority will take a self-position as to whether the size of the assignment or the assignment ́s nature indicates that the assignment is announced separately. The contracting authority shall have the right, but not an obligation, to announce separate competitions as mentioned in the section. If a consultant has a contract with a contractor who allows him to be in a conflict of interest with the contracting authority in a concrete case, the impartiality must be clarified. Ifincapacity occurs, the contracting authority must be able to use a consultant outside the framework agreement in this case. The framework agreement will not include started projects where agreements with consultants have already been signed.
